Deceptive Advertising
Your advertising makes it seem you are getting the 20 bits AND the customizer for $82.00! Imagine my surprise when I opened my package and found only the bits. YOU NEED BETTER ADVERTISING!! Luckily I found Customizers at my local Walmart. The kit was supposed to be my Christmas present, I'm 70 years old and disabled this was the perfect gift.

Blossom in customer service has been incredibly helpful in working on a delivery issue that was my user error! She has kept in contact with me, offering suggestions on how to remedy the situation. She has responded almost immediately to questions and has been very kind and timely in her responses.

Resparked’s customer service is over and above!
Resparked’s customer service is fantastic. They responded to emails very quickly and when I made a mistake on the shipping address that I caught to late to edit, they didn’t just say “it’s already shipped so there’s nothing we can do.” They gave me the exact steps to try to intercept the package with my local post office. Because of their speed and extra care I was able to get the package in time for Christmas and am overjoyed.
