Resparked has taken my Dremel projects too a whole new level, details I could not achieve, before. Glass, wood, stone even metal. Resparked where have you been my whole life. Thank you 😊

I received the engraver as a Christmas gift. Since it would not take a charge, I contacted support that day (Christmas), and submitted a help request. I received instructions immediately, and sent back the information requested. It was that easy.

Used pen for maybe a total of 2 hrs before it stopped. Fully charged still nothing happens when you turn it on.

I reached out to their customer service on Christmas evening. I didn't expect a response for a few days but Blossom at Resparked replied within minutes and resolved the issue. She went above and beyond!

I accidentally ordered an extra set for the engraver and when it arrived I was going to return it….I wasn’t sure if my granddaughter would even like the gift. They suggested that I just keep it and it was only $16. By the way, she is a teenager and LOVED it! She had seen it online.

They replied within minutes of our message. Their response was quick, courteous, and helpful. The whole encounter did not even take an hour (via email). I can’t think of a time when I have had such tremendous customer service through email. I’m highly satisfied.

I ordered my very cool Resparked engraving gadgets to make a few special gifts for Christmas. I ordered them immediately after seeing the ad, in early November, -plenty of time… Long story short it was still MIA 2weeks b4 Christmas, so i got online (which im not good at)-n just replied to an email from my original order. They not only replied right away, but i dealt with a PERSONeach time i had another frustrating question. So they reshipped my order, n have been in contact daily. Go figure- Xmas eve, it arrived. Better late than never! Oh- and it was no fault of theirs. Just USPS n horrible weather across the country n here at home. I really appreciate how prompt, personal, and PATIENT y’all were with a very frustrated customer!!!
