A Great Company!!
The attention they gave to fix the problem was beyond belief. I wish all companies could be like Resparked, they gave me back the hope that companies can be honest and caring. Thanks for all your help and caring.

Great customer service
The engraver I ordered got lost in the mail, but Resparked customer service was quick to get back to me and sent another quickly. My daughter loves it!

GREAT customer support
After my first gorgeous project on glass - using the videos and tips provided, I tried a second project on plastic and was frustrated. I reached out for help and go a quick, thorough answer to my questions - during holidays! I even got follow-up questions from Resparked to ensure the solutions I got were accurate and helpful. I look forward to many more fun projects with this cool crafting tool.

The customer service was out of this world! Our tool arrived on time and when we had a little malfunction with it they immediately sent a replacement. 10/10 for this company!

We received 2 engravers in our house…
We received 2 engravers in our house for Christmas Grandpa and grandson. Grandson’s had issues and we had great customer support. The replacement is coming. The good one is fun and have tried it on rock, wood, clay and glass. This is going to be fun.
