Got the Customizer as a Christmas gift and loved it! Unfortunately, about a month later, it stopped working. Contacted the company and the customer service was absolutely excellent! Sent me a new one with no problems! A great tool if your looking for a new hobby and a great company with phenomenal customer service.

The motor died but new unit arrived quickly. Great customer service! Thanks 👍🏻

I bought my husband an engraver for xmas and he received another from my daughter. I tried to return the one I bought. Never even opened the box. First they would give me 20% and I could keep it. I said no. Then they offered me 30% I still said no wanted my money back since I already had one. I sent it back. Took a picture as they requested. Asked if I should open the box so they could see. They said no. Just a picture of the box would do. Sent it back and waited over a month. So I sent an email. They said they were waiting on a picture from the warehouse. When they finally got back to me they said it was used and I could send them 6.95 and they would send it back. I said no. Then they offered me 2.54 restocking fee. This product was never opened or used. They lie and will not send my money back. Do not but from them. Their customer service SUCKS. THEY NOW SAY THE TRANSPARENT FILM WAS GONE. WE RECEIVED BOTH ENGRAVERS WITHOUT A TRANSPARENT SEAL ON EITHER OF THEM. THE ONE MY DAUGHTER BOUGHT AND THW ONE I PURCHASED. THIS COMPANY LIES

Customer service was responsive and quickly gave me instruction. Replaced defective device quickly.

I received my Resparked engraving pen and it worked for one use and stopped. I contacted Resparked and they walked me through a test and when it still did not work, they replied with sending a brand new pen. Wonderful customer service.

When a malfunction occurred, Resparked responded quickly and provided a solution ! Agent was polite and guided me through the steps ! Look forward to receiving the new product !

First the product is fantastic. The engraving pen is so nice to use, not too heavy to hold and does not vibrate excessively. Unfortunately my pen had an issue, but their customer service was fantastic & I am extremely happy with outcome. Very quick at responding to my emails. So even though it was disappointing that my pen failed, but sometimes these things happen and when the matter is dealt with as quickly and efficiently as this I still have to give a five star review

I received my Respark engraving tool as a Christmas gift. One and a half projects and the pen stopped working. I sent an email, received a response in less than five minutes and was asked for a video. Another five minutes after the video was sent, a replacement was on the way with a little bonus. The kind of customer service that’s hard to find and so appreciated.
