After ordering the Resparked engraving…
After ordering the Resparked engraving pen from Amazon, the pen was not charging. We contacted Resparked and spoke withJoy who did an outstanding job of getting us lined up with not only a replacement but with their newer edition of the pen! We have received it and all is well and we are delighted with the pen and the company's integrity of making things right!

excellent customer service
I had a problem with my customizer pen. My emails were responded to quickly, with requests for more information. When I was unable to supply my order number, they were able to track it, despite it being bought for me by somebody else. Due to is still being under warranty, a replacement pen is being sent out to me. Staff have been helpful and polite throughout.

Quick replacement of engraving pen
The first engraving pen quit after a few months of use and Resparked replace it quickly after just one contact with the company. Very happy with the quick service!!
