I found the perfect job, and I owe it all to Resolve When I decided to switch practices, I did not know where to begin. Fortunately, I saw an ad featuring Resolve Physician Agency. I was immediately impressed by their comprehensive services ranging from advice on every aspect of preparing to present yourself as favorably as possible as a candidate, to their organization and implementation of the job search, to advice on contract review, and other benefits. My major liason at Resolve was a Physician Placement Coordinator named Paige Ilsley, who was multi-talented, efficient, brilliant and personable. She was always available to help me. She improved my candidacy by assisting me in writing my CV and cover letter. But by far the most impressive aspect of the assistance that Resolve performs is in the search for jobs. Once I told Paige my geographic and practice-specific preferences, almost magically did greater than a hundred job search letters get sent out to all the institutions that matched my criteria, regardless of whether they were advertising for new hires. Then Paige produced a spreadsheet to track the responses and outcomes at each site, which she diligently kept current. As a result of this search effort, I received many invitations, leading to many job offers. Eventually I accepted an offer of an extremely attractive and lucrative position at a prestigious institution that had not even advertised this position but had received a search query from Resolve. Paige then went above and beyond the stated assistance that Resolve formally offers by helping me with the application for privileges at my new institution, and made sure that I was aware of the contract review services that the agency offers. As I said, I owe my great job and good fortune to Resolve and especially to Paige Ilsley; I cannot recommend them too highly.

Physicians are often at a disadvantage when discussing contract offers from large health systems. Cortney at Resolve Physician Agency and Mr. Claussen were timely and professional. I also wanted to ensure an actual attorney reviewed my contract after the initial departmental screen (important!). Resolve promptly identified my needs and put me in contact with Mr. Claussen (attorney). Mr. Claussen provided valuable insight and discussion regarding the contract at hand. I felt much informed and ready to move to the next level of negotiation and ultimately contract acceptance with Resolve Physician Agency and Mr. Claussen's astute guidance. I have referred Resolve Physician Agency to colleagues and also plan on utilizing this service again in the future.

Melissa at Resolve was instrumental in sending out queries to various programs and I eventually had multiple job interviews. I finally negotiated and accepted a very suitable academic job with good perks. Thanks to the effort put forth by Melissa at Resolve, they worked tireless hours to get my new job secured. Remember I was just finishing J1 visa waiver and stuck with abusing employer but was able to let Resolve shoulder the burden of job hunting and responding to potential recruiters in timely manner, without them it would have be very very tough.
