The group at Resolve Physician Agency were responsive and professional, communicated via email and phone, and listened to my preferences in order to understand what I wanted most out of my contract. They negotiated on my behalf and made the most stressful part of a job search painless. Resolve is fantastic. They really understood what I was looking for in a career with respect to type of facility, the population I wanted to work with and most importantly, the location. They really took what I said to heart and started their search. When I decided that I needed to change location for family reasons, they completely switched their strategy and without any issues begin modifications in the search and sending me opportunities I would be interested in in the new desired location. When I got the interviews, they helped me set this up really taking the load off me during residency. Finally, when I got the job offer, they were great at looking over my contract and telling me whether this was on par with other physicians in the area or whether some negotiation was appropriate. They are a great agency and their referral bonus is great as well.
