In summary, I highly recommend using Resolve. Mr. Rylance is highly professional, courteous and timely. As for the specifics, I chose the Full Access Review as I was exploring a wide variety of career opportunities. Mr. Rylance's correspondence time to review multiple contracts both by email and phone was within days, offering redlines and guidance in real time. Physician compensation data was provided and he was able to help guide me in terms of prioritizing a list of "must haves" and also creating a list of things I would be willing to negotiate with. Overall, I was very happy with his services and have highly recommended him to all of my colleagues. My intent was to achieve fair work loads, fair compensation and a fair contract and I received all of that.
