I am a resident physician pursuing my first job. I opted for the Full Access option, which is the best decision I could have ever made with all of its added benefits. I was exploring the market in a competitive California location in academic, private, and county settings. Kyle and the Resolve team were extremely well versed on every single contract and point I had a question about. They had experience with pretty much every state in the country, which further reassured me that they could compare in state and out of state contracts and as a result were able to give me more ideas to negotiate for that were not found in the location I was searching. They provided me with helpful MGMA data which they have available for their clients. Had a great experience from start to finish. Purchased the option to have multiple contracts reviewed and while I only had 2 thoroughly reviewed in the end, I was able to ask multiple questions about other potential contracts and get feedback without reservation. I worked with Ryan for much of the final contract. He not only reviewed but had several additions to add to solidify the contract further. Any question I head was responded to quickly within 24hrs via email and less than 5 minutes if I called. Beyond the conversations with my lawyer, the review of benefits help provide perspective on what I was being offered. This not only provided reasons to pick one contract over another but also reasons to ask for or at least be reserved about different benefits. Again all around great experience.

Resolve was recommended by the white coat investor. I teach a financial literacy course to my residents so I always recommend contract reviews by a lawyer. I have used contract diagnostics in the past but decided to try resolve as they came highly recommended from multiple sources. I was able to submit my contract online and paid chose the $699 rather than the $499 package since I wanted my lawyer to negotiate on my behalf. Lawyer was in touch with me within 24 hours and scheduled a phone call the next day. Within a couple of hours, he sent me an edited version and sent it to my new employer. Over the next 2 weeks, he was able to get me; 1. $25,000 higher base pay 2. Change in language to specify that changes to practice location or schedule will be mutually agreed upon rather than unilaterally by the employer 3. Change in language to allow outside activities- moonlighting/ consulting etc 4. Decrease in RVU target by 300 based on MGMA data (worth $18,000) 5. Increase in RVU value for bonus from $50 to $60 ($40,000 value at maximum of 10,000 RVU’s) 6. Change in bonus cap from 75th percentile (472K) to 90th percentile (612K). Overall, very impressed with their service and would recommend them 100%
