Resolve was well worth the money. My attorney, Lauren Kauffman, was always fast to respond and she thought of many things for the contract that did not occur to me. Strongly recommend Resolve to anyone coming out of training.

I found the entire process with Resolve exceptional. From my first interview I was impressed with their professionalism. I was bless to have Kyle Claussen as my counsel. His experience was invaluable to the process as I considered both private and organizational opportunities. I worked with Pat McCabe to review each opportunity's benefits to ensure I knew where they ranked compared to the market. Working with this team gave me peace in what I found to be a very stressful and chaotic process. This is money well spent.

This first contract experience was significantly less overwhelming thanks to Bryce Krieger. He advocated for me in ways I could not have known without his expertise. This was for a waiver job, which is already super complex to navigate. I ended up getting higher compensation and the terms of my employment agreement were improved.

I used Resolve for my contract review. I highly recommend Lauren. She was professional and made the entire process easier. She responded to all emails in a very timely fashion. She is a great person to work with.

I've been working with Resolve since 2021. Lauren and Kyle helped me with my 1st contract. It was time for me to move, so obviously I had to contact them again. I was paired up with Lauren Kaufman again and she really is the best. She reviewed 2 contracts and did the best negotiations that I have seen. She was on the conference call with me and my future employer and made sure everything was addressed. Lauren helped me negotiate things that I believe could not be done since many hospital contracts are "standard" and they don't want to make any changes. If the hospital really wants you that bad, they will make some changes. How we as physicians are our patients' advocate, Lauren is a physician's advocate for our future job. Financial well being is so crucial. She is professional and personable, very available, and she has the best interest in making sure your new job will be the best fit for you. You want to make sure you land a safe contract as there are many horror stories of physicians and their employers. Lauren also referred me to their benefits analyst Todd Adams and he was able to go over all health insurance, retirement accounts, equity in the company, etc. This really helped me understand what I will be receiving compared to other hospital organizations. I've already recommend Resolve before and obviously will continue to do so especially Lauren and Todd If you don't use Resolve, that will be a tough loss to your career and financial success.
