This was the first time for me using Resolve's services. The portal is user-friendly and their customer service is responsive and effective. The best part though is their legal team. My counsel LK was truly exceptional. Not only did she take the time to understand the complexities of the case but helped navigate the process every step of the way. Extremely responsive, even on days off. Has a supportive team who covers when away. I am definitely strongly recommending LK and resolve's services to all my colleagues.

In a word: Ms. Ukoha! Okay, so that's two words. I really appreciated her expert advice at every turn. She made it happen for me and I am pleased with the result. She was patient with me, advised what was realistic and what was not afraid to ask for what I wanted.
