I worked with attorney Zach Beare who was amazing! He helped me review and negotiate two contracts (3 job offers- did not get to the point of the third contract before signing). He was thorough, very focused on my desires and assertive in negotiating what was important to me. He was almost always available which was unbelievable! I felt very needy during the process, but he always responded quickly to my emails, called for discussions, and even sent template emails that I could send to the practices. Definitely recommend him and Resolve. They also connected me with a Benefits advisor who explained all of the confusing 401K, health/dental insurance information and fine print in the employment package.

I am a surgeon who worked with Bryce Krieger- absolutely fantastic! The Resolve process itself is easy and the money well spent. I had to use Resolve last year and was assigned Bryce. Due to his expertise and demeanor, when I was left in a tough situation this year - I touched base with Bryce and worked with him again, through Resolve! Bryce was prompt, thorough, good natured, and was able to put things into my contract that protected me for the future!
