I worked with Zach Beare on my first offer/contract for a primary care physician job out of residency. He was great- always able to respond quickly and help explain some of the legal language that I was uncertain about or unfamiliar with, and suggest additions and changes to make it overall more favorable. I felt so much more secure and confident in negotiating and ultimately signing, and I know I am set up for success with the agreement! He also helped provide some historical context for what parts were negotiable vs standard and even wrote a whole new section for a specific request I had. Though I did not require it, I was glad to know that he could also discuss directly with my future employer or their attorney, too. I will highly recommend Resolve to every residency graduate as well as anyone looking to get the most out of their physician contracts.

When it was time to negotiate, she also made sure to do a great job of adding protections and made sure that I received a fair deal.
