I had the pleasure of working with Zach Beare. He was extremely helpful overall and also in negotiating a better offer with my sign on bonus. He did an excellent job in reviewing the contract and pointing out areas of concerns. He responds promptly to emails as well. He was very patient, thorough and professional. I am very pleased with my experience with the company. I will return in future and will also make some referrals as well. Thank you!.

I had an excellent experience with Lauren Kaufman. She provided prompt communication to me as well as my future employer. Even though she is based 1,000+ miles from where I work she was familiar with local issues, standards, and surprisingly my future employer's attorney! I feel very confident that I negotiated the best terms for my contract as well as helped navigate non-compete issues to my satisfaction and minimized my liability. Highly recommend!

Chelsea Ukoha was a pleasure to work with from the start of my experience with Resolve. After I submitted my request for a contract review, I was quickly paired with Chelsea and she got to work right away. She is clearly experienced and knowledgable about the industry, and it is obvious her primary goal is to be an advocate for her client. I am thankful to have had her on my side and would recommend her to anyone looking for help with a contract needing review or negotiation. Thank you, Chelsea!

Chelsea Ukoha was wonderful. She was through and patient through a difficult contract negotiation process. We would use her again in an instant if the need arose.

Zach Beare was absolutely wonderful! He answered all of my questions, from contract negotiations to job contact etiquette. He was very thorough in his assessment and explanations, clearly very knowledgeable. I appreciated his insight, advice, and time. I would highly recommend him in physician contract negotiations.

I needed rapid turnaround for a job that was tentatively scheduled to start almost as soon as the contract was signed. Zach did an amazing job reviewing it with me and helping to expedite the process.

Lauren K. was very professional, knowledgeable and prompt when needed. She is very thorough and her commitment throughout this process was greatly appreciated. I would recommend Lauren without any hesitation for any legal or contract needs. I certainly will request Lauren in the future when using Resolve.

Chelsea had been great in getting to know my expectations, reviewing my contract and negotiating with the employer. We did make good progress and I signed the contract. It was a pleasure working with her and I highly recommend her.
