I had few contracts negotiated through resolve company. Lauren Kaufman did outstanding job to negotiate my contract and exit me from my current job. I will give her 10 stars. Definitely, i will recommend my friends to Lauren Kaufman! Thank you again.

Zach and Kyle were fantastic to work with for my husband and I's first attending job contracts. They made sure to understand what was important for us to negotiate. They were very communicative with us and handled all communication with our employer. They also completed the process in a timely fashion. We were blown away by the amount of personalized service at such a reasonable rate. We are recommending this service to all of colleagues!

My experience with Chelsea was absolutely incredible. From the initial call, through the negotiation, I felt supported and heard by Chelsea. As a fellow minority woman, I felt that she was able to provide me with more than the usual contract recommendations. She saw me as a whole person, not just my qualifications on paper, she thoughtfully took the time to get to know me and what I desired for my career. She was always available and had very quick turnaround times. All in all, I could not have navigated my first contract negotiation without her and will definitely be recommending not just Resolve, but specifically Chelsea, to my friends and colleagues.

After looking up different physician contract review companies, I decided to go with Resolve. I looked up reviews here on trusted pilot and I specifically requested Lawyer Chelsea Ukoha based on her excellent reviews and she did not disappoint. From the get go, she worked with me to understand my situation. She provided wonderful counsel on both contracts that she reviewed for me and helped with my transition from current/old to new contract. She always responded to my emails and text messages promptly, and she was very detailed in reviewing the contracts. I am very happy I found her and would 100% recommend her to anyone looking for an attorney to review their physician contract!!

Zach was very thorough in reviewing my contract. He was in constant contact with me through the whole process. With his review, I was able to obtain a higher base salary as well as a rewritten agreement clarifying additional benefits agreed upon.

It is about as great as an experience you can get! Greatly recommended.

Zach Beare is an extraordinary lawyer who brought an unparalleled level of professionalism to my contract negotiation experience. His commitment to timely responses was not only impressive but crucial in navigating the complexities of the process efficiently. What stood out the most was Zach's remarkable humility, which created an open and collaborative environment, making the entire journey seamless. Zach's comprehensive understanding of legal intricacies was evident as he meticulously examined every aspect of the contract. This thorough approach not only instilled confidence but also resulted in a significantly improved contractual outcome. Working with Zach was not just a transaction; it was a personalized legal consultation marked by expertise and a commitment to excellence. I wholeheartedly recommend Zach Beare for anyone in need of legal representation that goes above and beyond expectations. Thank you!.

I enjoyed my experience working with Resolve. They provide quick comprehensive service. I was actually surprised with how quickly they helped me connect with an attorney that was familiar with working with physicians. Working with Ms. Chelsea Ukoha was a pleasure. She walked me through my contract and worked with me to adjust it and make it satisfactory. I can recommend Resolve to anyone who needs contract review as a physician.
