I am a returning client, having used Resolve several years ago. I had a wonderful experience with my attorney, Zach Beare, in reviewing several contracts. He advocated strongly for me when he thought terms were slanted unfavorably. His advice was a huge benefit to me as he was very knowledgeable about physician contracts. Tom Adams reviewed my benefits packages with me, and offered great advice on differences between different organizations, and the benefits they were offering me. I had the privilege of working with Ms. Lauren Kaufman. It was such I unique experience. She is very thorough, knowledgeable, and experienced at knowing how to structure things to get what she recommends. I felt very safe with her. She was also patient throughout my rigorous process. Bryce was really helpful throughout my negotiation process. He helped guide me through legal language, provided some frame of reference for what can be expected for contracts, and addressed concerns around specific questions I had in a timely manner. The conversations were worth waiting a couple to few days for to line up his schedule and my schedule. I would recommend Bryce to others who are also trying to get their best deal for their first attending position. Would definitely be interested in working with him again.

I worked with Lauren and she was super attentive during the entire experience. She gets to know you as a person and professional to know how to best set up your contract for future success. She is willing to talk to employer if needed and help strategize if you want to negotiate on your own. I would highly recommend Lauren!

I worked with Zach Beare. He was a great resource. Extremely responsive and flexible. Answered all my questions and able to break down the MGMA data in a helpful way. Easy person to talk to for me and my fiancée. Anyone would be lucky to work with him! He reviewed my letter of intent, my contact, and the contract after the revisions. And, I met with him twice.

Very professional from the time I asked for the free introductory consultation to contract signing. My lawyer Lauren was attentive, thorough, and had great advice. It was a 2 month process for the contract review, so I appreciate paying upfront for a flat fee. I did not have to worry nor feel rushed about the nebulous time factor when we were going back and forth with the edited contracts and discussions.
