I had a great experience working with resolve team and specifically attorney Zach Beare. He was thorough and responsive to my questions. I really appreciate his help during the negotiation with my employer.

In short, Zach Beare was amazing. He was very responsive, got back to my inquiries almost immediately, and helped me secure a significant increase in my compensation. I would not hesitate to use Resolve in the future and will certainly use them again if I ever need to. Very satisfied with my experience and very much worth the money many times over.

Zach was beyond helpful in negotiating with an employer who, during my interview day, flat-out told me that language was "never" changed in their contracts. As a graduating PGY4 w/ limited income, I was on the fence re: whether something like Resolve would be worth it, but I am so glad we decided to go ahead with Resolve. Zach was thorough and thoughtful - ultimately we were able to negotiate for far less restrictive language in many parts of the contract, including changing duties-related language like "as assigned by [employer]" to "as mutually agreed upon by [employee and employer]." I've personally recommended their services to co-residents as well.

The Resolve platform and team was fantastic from start to finish. The data they are able to provide is extremely helpful in the entire process. Zach was thorough, incredibly responsive and made what can be a stressful process painless and straightforward. I will be using Resolve in again in the future

Bryce has been truly helpful with my contract review. It was very easy to schedule a time to meet with Bryce, he was very prompt with responding to my questions, took time to make sure my concerns were heard and resolved. He was also quick to review the revisions to my contract and provide recommendations. Overall it was a Blessing to have worked with Bryce throughout the process!
