Working with Zach was an amazing experience. He was thorough and extremely prompt during the stressful process. He knew the correct way to negotiate and get the more important points on the contract approved per my requirements. I would highly recommend him and Resolve for contract reviews. Huma.

Zach was great to work with. He was very thorough reviewing everything for me. This was my first time signing a contract and he explained everything very well. He helped negotiate better terms for the agreement as well. He was very punctual with communication and I couldn't be happier with my experience with him

I was extremely impressed with Lauren Kauffman and the process. Lauren replied promptly to any changes or edits to my contract with thorough responses and helped me understand what the changes meant. The ability to have her negotiate on my behalf was wonderful. I have used a local employment attorney and this was a completely different experience. While my previous attorney did a fine job, Lauren was stellar. I also appreciated that the service was a flat fee and even included a benefits review.

Contract review was very detailed and helped me obtain higher compensation. Also protected my interests with respect to malpractice, tail coverage and lock in period for sign on bonus.

This has been an excellent experience from start to finish. Having access to the MGMA data is extremely helpful when it comes to negotiations. The attorney was excellent at communicating and helped me to negotiate with confidence. I would highly recommend this company.
