I can't recommend Lauren Kaufman highly enough! As a recent graduate stepping into a new phase of my career, I needed a contract lawyer who could navigate the complexities of my first major contract with skill and care. I worked with Zach and he was amazing /professional/knowledgeable/prompt and simplified everything. The changes he recommended and we were able to incorporate into the final contract helped make this important decision to sign the contract much easier!! He found so many helpful things during the contract review and negotiations that I would never consider signing any medical contract without his advice. Lauren did a great job of communicating and explaining the offer letter to me. She provided good suggestions, some of which the hiring manager agreed with. I ultimately got a higher salary and clarification on other items in the letter. I appreciated Lauren's availability, knowledge, and prompt responses. I would definitely utilize her services again for contract review!

I used Resolve coming out of residency to negotiate a contract for my first job. I got a referral from an attending at my training hospital for Lauren and man am I glad I did. Michael was incredibly quick with his response and connecting me with Lauren/setting up my account and Lauren couldn’t be easier to work with. The experience was so good that I had no qualms about returning to resolve a year later when I realized I needed to terminate my contract early. The process was smooth and again, Lauren was amazing. She’s knowledgable, approachable and accessible. I was especially anxious the second time around considering I felt I’d made the wrong choice the first and didn’t want to do it again, so I had a ton of questions. Lauren was always quick and thorough with her responses. She walked me through the termination process and then helped me negotiate terms of multiple new contracts. Anything I asked for she worked to get me with the new job. I truly hope I don’t need resolve again any time soon, but when/if it comes time to find another job again, I will absolutely be back.

Kyle and Brady were fantastic.
