My contract was complicated with had multiple documents dealing with partnership, real estate, and equipment purchases. He reviewed all of the documents efficiently and gave excellent recommendations. He made himself available via email or phone call every time I had a question and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. He also helped by communicating directly with my prospective employer's legal representation for negotiations when appropriate.
