Zach Beare helped me negotiate a 10% increase in my collections bonus as well as a relocation bonus. Overall, I am very happy with the outcome of my contract negotiations. I also feel more comfortable knowing that an attorney has reviewed the details of my contract line-by-line.

I am glad to have used Resolve as I have very little experience reviewing contracts. Bryce was very knowledgeable about contract particulars and went over all the problem areas. He was very responsive, even on short notice. I learned what to look out for in future contracts. Very positive experience - recommend.

I had the pleasure of working with Lauren for my contract review, and I couldn't be more satisfied. She helped me understand the contract better, brought up multiple point to discuss with the employer and negotiated on my behalf. She was always available to answer my questions without any delay. My experience was very positive and I highly recommend her for contract review.

Process was very streamlined. Contract Attorney was very informative, especially for a first-time applicant, and more than willing to answer my many questions. Would recommend them to any and all friends applying for a physician job in the future.

I worked with Zach. He was wonderful and very helpful. He explained everything in the contract well and even looked at a new one without charge. Highly recommend this company.

I had the pleasure of working with Lauren Kaufman, and she was amazing and so professional. She was incredibly organized, responded quickly, and was very thorough in understanding my goals and ensuring it was translated into the contract.

I had the privilege of working with Lauren Kaufman at Resolve, and I can't recommend her highly enough. From the start, Lauren impressed me with her honesty, preparedness, and deep knowledge of contract law. She took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly and was incredibly responsive, often providing updates and revised documents within a day of our discussions. Lauren's professionalism and attention to detail were unmatched. She ensured that every aspect of my contract was clear and in my best interest while keeping the process smooth and stress-free. Her ability to break down complex legal terms into understandable language gave me great confidence in every decision we made. If you're looking for a lawyer who is skilled, efficient, and genuinely committed to your success, Lauren Kaufman and the team at Resolve are the way to go. I am incredibly grateful for her hard work and highly recommend her services to anyone needing expert legal support.

Worked with Bryce Krieger and had a great experience. After receiving multiple contracts, Bryce explained paragraph-by-paragraph what everything meant, to broaden my understanding. I felt comfortable knowing what I was signing. He has great fair value/market knowledge. I was able to achieve what I was looking for in the contract. Great turn around time/communication channels. Would recommend.
