good experience, taking care of things really fast & in professional way, good & comprehensive contract review

Overall impression was great. Staff members were responsive to my emails and phone calls throughout the job search. They are professional, genuine and friendly people. One may feel it is a bit overpriced for the service, but it depends on you. If you are too busy to search and email a bunch of practices in the particular area and follow up on those contacts, then this is the company for you.

Good experience overall. I found the job. They really just helped w contract. I paid the full fee because I anticipated they would help find a position. Probably should have gotten this discounted.

Resolve helped me with improving my CV and cover letter. They also helped me a lot to prepare for interviews. Their attorney also helped to review the job contract with me. Overall, a positive experience.

As the saying goes, "A man who is his own lawyer has a fool for a client." Everyone coming out of residency needs someone to review their contracts, Resolve did a great job doing that. But there's a lot more value on offer. They analyze the opportunity as well as the contract and negotiate on your behalf. Moreover, they have a sense of what people are getting and what is fair. As a bonus there was no hard sell of insurance products. They offered, but that was all. If I had to do it over again, I would have signed up with them at the beginning of the year and had them involved in the negotiations from the get-go. That's what I'm recommending to this years seniors. The only downside is that they aren't local, so you can't sit down face to face. In my opinion that's the best way to do business. On the positive side, Skype is functional and being able to schedule meetings late at night was a bonus. Very highly recommended for basic contracts between 2 or 3 parties. I didn't do anything overly complex, so I can't evaluate that.

Overall my experience was very nice. The Physician Advisor review my case and provide me with her best input. The attorney contact me on time and also provide me with good information but was some hard for me to conntact him again. I will hire the company again.

Resolve helped me review two contract offers in my job search. The first offer had both a office and a hospital contract and the review found a few things in the offers that didn't match-up and needed to be adjusted. The financial review was really helpful in comparing the actual compensation with the benefits packages being a little different. It was also really helpful to see what the national averages were for packages and helped me leverage a better loan package and moving expenses. The review took a little while coordinating with a busy work schedule (mine) but they had tons of appointment times available. Give a little extra time for review and negotiations and know up-front how much time you have to look at your contract so you get everything done on time. Overall - everyone was very professional and I got what I wanted out of the review and I feel like it was a good value for the money. I wasn't able to negotiate a change in the salary from the original offer despite having the data available, some more advice on how to negotiate that part would have been nice. It also would have been nice to have a little more information on how my bonuses (sign-on vs guaranteed salary etc) would have tax implications (in hindsight)!

I am a physician on J1 visa. I was looking for a waiver job. Resolve agency went very systematically about creating my resume and then contacting various practice groups based on my preference. It is very helpful on this regard. It also provides attorney review of the contract before signing so we can be assured. I think it provides a great resource. Although honestly I do feel the price is bit too much but if you can afford it then it adds a lot to the job search.
