I'm so glad the night I was watching TV when this commercial came on from ResetSmile about their product for people who are missing teeth and I told myself I'm going to give them a try. I went to their website and liked what I saw and so I placed my order. My kit arrived in a few days and I took my impressions sent it in but was notified by ResetSmile that my impressions weren't good enough because it didn't have enough detail, was too shallow. And I knew, yes when I took those initial impressions I remembered I didn't hold down on the tray good enough to make sure my teeth sank deep into the putty. And so when they sent me a new kit I knew what I had to do right and by golly I did do it right the 2nd time around because they were able to use my 2nd set of impressions to construct my device. So I finally got my device two days ago and I was instantly very pleased with it because it fit perfectly and it felt very comfortable. And later on I ate my first meal with it on and again it felt comfortable and so I'm a very happy camper now, I can smile again at people...lol Thanks ResetSmile for your great product and your expertise, you folks are the best!

Impressions were easy to make, uppers I ordered fit very well

This is the real deal. Folks, if you’re hesitant as I was after researching multiple online partial offerings I’m here to tell you that ResetSmile is legit. I ordered my impression kit on 3/23 and had my upper arch partial by 4/13. The teeth have been crafted to match my natural teeth perfectly. The shade of both the teeth and the gums is an exact match and you would have to be in my mouth to know I was wearing a partial. The partial fit perfectly right away and is very comfortable. I elected to utilize this service for mostly cosmetic reasons until I can permanently restore my missing teeth. I loved it so much that I went ahead and ordered the lower arch as well. For $849 it is an unbeatable value. My only “complaint” is that I hope in the future they will be able to edit existing appliances to add more teeth in the event that another is lost in the interim. This company does`t communicate very with customers or each other. After saying they received my molds than I have to reach out a week later and they said everything was going time. In the meantime they kept saying upload pictures (which I did more than once) and kept wanting to send me more molds, but I received notification, my first kit was received and being scanned....oh and on time for it's shipment date. Then I`m told they were lost in the mail?? Don`t waste your time or money with this company. 2 weeks later with the run around I cancelled and asked for a refund. Lets see if they can at least manage that.

Don't waste your money and time. Does not fit and looks like a child made them. Lesson learned.

I had a couple chiclets top and bottom gone. I ordered both top and bottom pieces. I received the initial prep box within a week. Followed directions and sent everything back. Before they send or build your piece, a 3rd party dentist looks at your photos and mold impressions for precautionary reasons I assume. He looked at mine and didn’t like what he saw. He did not recommend the procedure until I saw a local dentist and addressed the problems. I went against his advice and signed off anyway so that they could mail the mouth pieces . They arrived a few days later. This thing is the real deal. I slur a little with both pieces in my mouth..I choose not to eat with them on…but I can honestly say that it does what it’s supposed to do very well. It matches teeth and gum color well. They look like small retainers..but when you put them in your mouth, you would have no idea they are there. In fact, they are difficult to see even knowing they are there. The fit is a little tight around certain teeth..it can become uncomfortable at times- but that might be the result of my original mouth problems..I just put up with some of the pain..the benefits outweigh the discomfort …. Overall, very happy so far. You will too if you give it a go. Now I have to do what I was avoiding having to do- see a dentist.
