Easy to navigate the site, I actually ordered on my phone. I am excited to get my new teeth. So far, I give ResetSmile 5 stars.

I haven't ordered from you yet so I just put the stars at medium? What I need to know is that I had a bridge upper back of my mouth and it couldn't be put back in because there is nothing for it to adhere to so I'm wondering if Reset Smile would work for me? The dentist said for two implants it would cost $13,000 which I cannot afford so I don't know what to do?

I have reached out to this company 3 different times requesting a refund. I never received my impression kit and I changed my mind. They are not giving me my money back. From the reviews I thought this would be a good customer service company and clearly it is not. I will be calling my bank about this charge. I would not recommend. I do not want to speak to anyone about it. I just would like my hard earned money back please. Thanks

Very easy to understand process. Ordered my product today 7-11-2023 and am hoping the process moves forward quickly.

Both my husband and I needed a partial bridge... but the dentist told us it would cost around $2500. Then I saw Resets ad. I went for it first.... was very impressed how quickly the whole process took. The impressions were easy to take and kind of fun to do!! Received my partial, one tooth, quickly. It fit perfect!! Then, my husbands turn. He actually received an entire arch, since he was missing quite a few teeth. But, he had 2 missing teeth in the front of his lower arch that was very obvious when he talked. When he received the entire arch, it hurt his gums.. we tried to file it down, but he still was uncomfortable. I contacted Clay at Reset.. and they made my husband a small partial to fit in the front space. PERFECT!!!! I am so happy with this company, I am telling everyone I know about how great it is!! They will make it right if not right, don't hesitate.. and the price is right!

Once the order was placed I received the impression kit and followed the instructions. When the company received them it was a fairly quick turn around time to get my one tooth partial. It arrived on Thursday July 29th. The problem is it does not sit properly and causes inflammation and pain. I reported that by email on June 30th and received a form reply that I would be hearing from someone. This is July 6th and I have not heard back. I have called the number and no one answers. Leave a message no call back. Emailed again and even just now tried to use their contact form, hoping to get instructions on how this is going to be resolved. Reset smile promises satisfaction and guarantees the product but I am beginning to wonder what is going on. Will continue to try and get in touch with someone who can help fix my issue.
