Made reservation through them. They lied to me about being the Hotel I wanted. Made reservation at a Canadian Hotel. I live in USA. Was quoted rate in Canadian dollars but when they processed the payment it was made in US dollars. US dollars are 1.3 better than Canadian. SO was over charged b about $300 US dollars for the bill. Would not answer the phone about this. Worst service there is.

Total scam. Reservations can't be cancelled for any reason including illness. No one ever answers the phone at customer service and you are automatically disconnected. Have to contact customer service by ignored email. Save your money. Use another service.

Everything everyone else says is true! Horrible company- their entire business plan is deception. I’m filing a complaint with the federal trade commission- I suggest everyone else do the same!

Avoid like the plague. I've spent hours trying to get my hotel receipt and still don't have it. I need it for my companies business report. They act as a middle man, take money and do nothing. Please avoid, call the hotel directly.

Sucks Make u wait hour to even talk to them and then they even hang up. Forget change in reservations or cancellations.

This company won't pay your reservation to the hotel and you'll have to pay a second time at the hotel. You know things are sketchy when the company website has a page titled "Is Reservation Stays legitimate?" The site says "Our award-winning travel booking platform has been featured in the New York Times, Bloomberg, Conde Nast Traveler and dozens of other press outlets." Searching for any press coverage comes up empty, and award-winning? Only that the company has terrible customer service scores across all trust-based websites. Stay away...far, far away.

Travelers be ware. Not only are all the other reviews for this site true, but they have another tactic on top of posing as an honest destination site but they may do to you what they did to me. I made a reservation with reservationstays.com believing it was the web site for the hotel I wanted to stay in. When I arrived at said hotel with the print out of my reservation I was told that my reservation had been canceled by the booking agent and no reason was given. I had to pay for the room all over again. When trying to get reservationstays to refund my money they said that I canceled the reservation and refused to refund my money and did not respond to my further inquiries. Do not be fooled into using this site.

Try to stay away from this company! That can be difficult because your reservation may look like it is through Expedia. Due to circumstances the general manager of the hotel graciously canceled my reservation and approved a refund. I followed the instructions that I received from Reservation Stays and they continue to deny my refund and required more and more conditions. Stay away!
