I had incident and I accidentally smashed my finger in a door. The security team was awesome they quickly called the paramedics and the took care of me when I was injured I can’t thank them enough for their quick action and caring for me when I was in ton pain.

The room was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The customer service representatives at check in was nice and professional. Too notch service.

Everything was well taken care of.

I was shocked by how beautiful and comfortable this location was. Truly, it deserves five stars. I really enjoy travel and hotel stays, and this location is magnificent, in my opinion. Thank you so much for the hospitality, and you will see me very, very soon.

Beautiful room, great amenities, outstanding room service food. A glitch with the door key was fixed quickly and we were given a $100 credit. Will come again.

Nice helpful staff, rooms clean, great where pressure and deep tubs. Did not get in the pool but it was very clean.

We had such a great time!! We got a cabana at the pool on Saturday phenomenal service and great experience. We were with a group of about 30 people. We were a large group to accommodate. It was outstanding. Friday night walked around the casino and gambled. Would recommend to anyone 10 out of 10

I was a little concerned when I first realized that I needed to cancel this booking, which I hadn't realized that I had purchased this stay using a third party, which I had to cancel due to a change in plans. I thought that I was booking it directly off the Hotels website, but it was through HOTELBEDS USA, INC, and not Paris Las Vegas Resort and Casino (Hotel) directly. I called the hotel and they said they couldn't cancel it and I needed to contact the party I made it through. I thought OK here we go and thought it was going to be difficult to get the stay cancelled and my money refunded. I tried making a few calls with no progress. I went back to the email and went to the manage my booking link. It was fixed in a matter of seconds using the portal and concierge chat. It was easier using this feature than trying to hunt someone down on the phone. This literally made my day and I 100% recommend this site and portal to everyone, and I personally will use it moving forward when I make my travel plans.
