I was not given a choice other than a deluxe suite. I was given a room I usually pay have of what I paid. I was informed there were no two queen size beds room available. I should be reimbursed the difference

First room tv did not work second room tv had issues but finally worked but not good. Bed was the hardest mattress I have ever slept On.

I absolutely understand it’s Vegas, and it’s a lot of people, but have never experienced a full staff that just does the bare minimum, especially when anything goes off script. From the front staff really not caring, to the guest services when we called in over the phone. Overall it’s a place that wants your money and doesn’t want to say thank you, come again. Lots of options around Vegas. Try elsewhere.

Location was wonderful and self check in was great. Room was very dirty. The comforter between the sheets had multiple stains on it. In the toilet room, when you closed the door, there was hair and dust all along the baseboard and both tub and shower and hair left in it. The tub was dusty and hadn’t been wiped down in a while. We actually checked out a day early because of the cleanliness issue.

We didn’t exist when we tried to self check in ? Who would have thought that my middle initial should be included in my last name? Thus I became Jboynton ? We couldn’t access our room floor in the Elevator?? 20 Minutes later with Security’s help we finally figured out that our room number had been changed between the Time we checked in and we tried to access the Elevator. We definitely were not Impressed

Great room. Digital tools need help. I couldn’t check in from the app, the AI bots were useless for everything except waisting time.

A clear ad/sponsored site that tries to pull people away from their intended location. They will book a room but make it significantly more difficulty to change any plans due to unforeseen circumstances. The rooms state "no cancellation" but no where states "no modification". Their help line claimed no modifications can be made thus moving the dates would be considered a cancellation. Do not book here unless absolutely necessary as there is not any savings versus going to the hotel's direct website. If you book here and try to change they have to email/call the hotel to make any changes as the hotel can not handle it directly or the digital voucher reservationsportal sends them will not be valid. They are trying to make extra money by preying on these types of situations. If you do need to change dates or something happens, call the hotel first confirming if they are able to cancel/change your dates. If they are able to change/cancel, then call reservationsportal notifying them to open a ticket and contact the hotel partner. My opinion is their end goal is to double charge people when dates change or keep the money when you go elsewhere without doing any work. Overall poorly designed customer service but will get you a room.
