ReservationsdeskReviews of reservationsdesk.com

0 Stars! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They scan, lie and steal! Con you into believing you are speaking to the actual hotel. Lead you to believe you can cancel your reservation and then just delete all of your previous data. Will not answer their phone. Have a fake email address.

Thought I was booking with Delta Hotel’s online reservation team, but after the person on the other line wouldn’t accept my corporate code, refused explain why or transfer me to a supervisor, and then started speaking over me, wouldn’t give me their employee number and only gave me a ‘probably fake’ first name of ‘Lara’ before hanging up on me… completely incompetent staff with absolutely zero integrity. After being hung up on, I called the direct line for the Delta location I was trying to book with and asked to speak to their supervisor to make a complaint, they were completely shocked at how I was treated and requested the contact info of this shady site so they could call and investigate. Reservationdesk is a chickenshit organization trying to scam people - longtime Marriott Bonvoy status-holders - into booking at higher rates than available from contacting the hotel directly. Don’t be fooled! Their website makes it look like you’re contacting the actual property, but you aren’t.

I too was scammed. I called the hotel and asked for their reservations and they connected me with this third-party reservation desk, made reservations asked for all inclusive. called them back before vacation just to confirm it cause I had a bad feeling and sure enough we had no all inclusive now they won’t give me my money back. We lost over $1400. This place is a scam. I’m trying to figure out how to get to their corporate company. I want to sue them!

DO NOT USE THESE POS! TRIED TO CHARGE $1OO MORE THAN THE HOTEL! THE HOTEL THEY BOOKED ECONO LODGE JASPER, TEXAS WAS ROACH RIDDEN AND RAY CHARLES MUST HAVE BEEN THE CLEANER. WE LEFT AND STAYED AT THE HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS. THEY TRIED TO CHARGE $294for the holiday inn AND I PAID $159 AT THE HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS. DO NOT USE THESE CONS AT RESERVATIONDESK.COM and AVOID THE ECONO LODGE IN JASPER TEXAS. FIGURED IT CHEAPER TO LOSE $125 THAN TO CARRY HOME THERE COCKROACHES AND PAY HUNDREDS TO THOUSANDS FOR AN EXTERMINATOR! I FILLED A DISPUTE WITH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND SENDING PHOTOS TO THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT!

Terrible. It seems from looking at the internet that you are connecting with the reservation desk of a hotel. Then you make the reservation and I find out their prices are $60-80 more than if you have booked with the hotel. I figured this out within 5 minutes and tried to cancel the room and they are not doing it. This should not be allowed.

WARNING! Do not book any reservations with this company! My experience is similar to the others who have made complaints: 1. They do not allow you to make modifications to a reservation, even though it was booked 11 months in advance for a location in peak season. They could easily resell the nights I wanted to cancel. 2. They collect the total cost at the time of booking, not just a deposit which is normal policy that a consumer would expect. 3. Because I now do not trust them, I believe they also lied and told me they could book a room for two nights when only one night was available. I learned this when I called that hotel directly. 4. I also learned that I could book the room type that I wanted with the hotel directly, but reservationdesk.com booked me with another type, telling me it was the only type available. I am so disappointed and disillusioned and believe this company to be predatory and dishonest in their business practices.

Please do NOT use this service. Their website is misleading as it appears that you are using the hotels actual website. The person we spoke with stated that the reservation was fully refundable. She did not state that there was a $17.99 fee which was not refundable. If you need to make a reservation, please directly contact the hotel.

Reservation desk acted like they were the hotel. They ended up charging me more than double the rate published at their own site. They ripped me off and charged an extra 1,000.00 for 4 days stay. NEVER AGAIN, NO ONE SHOULD EVER USE THEM!!!!!
