The price they state for a room is not the price you pay. The price was £85 but ended at £152. You cannot cancel. Avoid at all costs.

Just pass over this site! They are just making a living from YOUR pocket! Never ever look on their pages or images. If you do you will pay a lot more for your booking and get 0% service.

stayed at BEST WESTERN MOTEL WOODHAVEN, august 2,3,4, of 24yr. what a nite mare , fridge never work, slippery tube, toilet small low to groung old, dusty room saw 2 small spiders, kati didnt care, maids skipped my room no cleaning, no towels, soap, no garbsge taken out, old dusty place 2 days like that they move me the 3rd day where maid clean a room worst motel for the money not worth it, pay a little more and stay at better place and it wasnt cheap, it really a 50 motel not 105 a day period

They charged me for the reservation. Then they charged me a cancellation fee for accidentally cancelling for 279.00. their be policy says that you are subject to a cancellation fee. It does not say that you will automatically be charged a cancellation fee. Then it says that you will not be given a refund after 10.00am. I called before 10.00am and was still given the runaround that it says somewhere you will be charged the cancellation fee automatically. That they have no control over their own system. Then they claimed that there is a partner company that handles the refund. The hotel was never n Paid for the reservation. Then they charged me 11.99 for something that they never said what for. They also charged 79.00 for a cleaning fee for the motel. Since the motel was not paid they cannot refund my money. This place definitely needs to be investigated. Definitely some sort of scam company. The cancellation policy says that you may be subject to a cancellation fee but not that you will be automatically charged one. Than it says you have until 10.00am to request a refund which their people don't understand. I called them 4 times at different numbers and still got the same BS. Definitely a scam. There was no customer service response.... I think that a Law Enforcement investigation into this so called entity called Reservation Center is sorely needed, and a warning posted about this nefarious business. Payments were made too this company yet not disbursed to the hotel.,...

Avoid at all costs. This is an American outfit with zero customer service capability and has ripped me off to the extent of £374 due to their underhand booking arrangements.

I can not believe I have been scammed by this company, charged double the advertised price, then extra amount taken out my bank after I had got home, Do Not Use This Company. I am still trying to sort this out presently, I can not get hold of anyone and have had no response from emails

Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I foolishly that it was the reservation service of the hotel I wanted. I thought the price was for 2 nights, but I was charged over $900 for one night. I am an idiot I know. But scroll past anything that says ReservationsCenter.com Hotelvalyes.com I give the business a negative 5 rating if I could.
