I booked a hotel room at London Heathrow advertised at £142, only to discover after I had paid that I'd been charged £242. The additional costs were mainly taxes and charges added by Reservationscenter, that hadn't been disclosed prior to me making the purchase; but my credit card company M&S Bank also added a further 3% because the transaction was in US$ not £. Reservationscenter refused to refund me and M&S Bank also did not uphold my dispute, claiming the transaction was not fraudulent, because buried somewhere on Reservationscenter website are its T&C's that refer to the additional taxes & charges. So beware of Reservationscenter but also of credit card companies who appear to facilitate and even support and profit from such fraudulent transactions.

Total Scam Was directed to the site thought I was dealing with Ibis Brisbane Airport direct but obviously not the case ,advertised the room cost in Australian dollars then charged American dollars and additional fees and international transaction charges

This company are scammers. My sister booked a hotel and got charged £120 more for her one night in the hotel than she was quoted. How they have managed to take payment for more than the quoted balance I don’t know. Their cancellation policy is ridiculous. Fortunately the booking was valid. We have yet to see if her bank will be able to het the money back for her but we will be reporting it.

Do not use this booking company They made it look online like I was booking direct online with the holiday inn hotel in Leeds UK. Once I had booked they added on a lot of extra taxes and it turned out to be an American company. I canceled the booking straight away. Now they will only return €62 of the whole £304 that they have taken. Both phone numbers on their website do not work. Do not use this company. Not that I knew I was at the time of booking. Please be careful

Price Cheating Price shown for Novotel Taiping was RM253. Bit Confirmation and Receipt sent to me was USD77.

This place is the worst place to stay, the room smelled like mold, the bathroom toilet had poop in the outside, the bathroom vent was extremely dirty and had mold, the room air conditioner was making a loud motor noise couldn't sleep, my husband and I had terrible allergies from the smell and headache, so bad that the next morning we check out earlier then we had to. they didn't care either reimburse the money,will let everyone

Actual amount billed to my credit card account was nearly double what they advertised, Phoned them and got cut off. Detailed billing showed charges for taxes and agency. Thankfully the booking was made. A real rip-off

this company is an absolute scam and their customer service is a joke. they will rob you blind “legally” with all their fine print and i’m amazed this company is still even in business. i tried to cancel a room months before my reservation and they told me the cancellation fee would cost more than the room itself! it’s absolutely criminal what they are doing and should be looked into by any investigative committee at how they are able to get away with stealing from hard working people.
