Very very disappointed. The ad popped up on the Sofitel site I was trying to boom at Heathrow. I thought it was connected to the sofitel site and proceeded The room cost me more than twice as much. Charged in US $ and I've apparently joined their travel group ...none of what I wanted. They have not responded to any emails .. just taken my money and run !! PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SITE UNLESS YOU ARE SURE. I have lost a lot of money. Couldn't cancel the booking. Sadly its money i can ill afford.

Advertised room in Australian dollars turned out to be American dollars will not book on this site again what was $166 turned out to be $238 hotel weren't helpful I suppose they earn more money so are probably complicit

BEWARE!!!! Advertised room in AUD and charged in USD and of course they are not responding to any correspondence. DO NOT book through this site. Hotels should ban this site from accepting bookings on their behalf.

These scammers need to be removed from website . Every review I’ve read including my own , about 50 in total all been ripped off with price advertised

Having received a price of £606.00p for a 3 night stay at a radison hotel in Glasgow 940.01p was removed from my bank with additional charges made up of us taxes and service charges. I don't even know how I ended up on this corrupt site as I thought it was the hotels reservations. I phoned America and was told their system was down and phone back or send e mail. Still awaiting answers. Fortunately my bank accepted this was fraud as I had not approved the additional charges which was certainly not advised. Keep well clear of this site and report them to your bank ,credit card company and the hotel you have booked

Complete Scam Wanted to book the Ibis Hotel in Faro Portugal, my son somehow ended up on this showers website pretending to be the Accor hotels booking site but as soon as payment was authorised got the confirmation email from these scammers having added almost £50 to the cost advertised with a load of guff saying the extra was the fees and taxes and their service fee! Also the transaction was billed in US$ despite prices being shown in GBP and they billed an extra almost £10 in a second transaction not authorised by me also in dollars. Avoid these scammers and report them to the hotel you booked so they can investigate how they access bookings and ensure they are blocked.

It is a scam! They charged $50 more for a hotel room reservation (as cleaning fee, additional taxes, etc), then an additional $11.99 for something I didn'know about. Stay away, I will report them.

Wish I could put zero stars. Looked at a hotel in France which said £130 for the night...paid for what I thought would be £130, after a few minutes realised I was being charged £207? Includes their booking services plus US taxes? I live in the UK, why am I being charged this US taxes? Very unclear and felt robbed. Anyway, went to cancel within minutes and I have to pay 179 dollards to cancel? WHAT! So only getting around £45 back out of the paid £207. I have emailed them, not happy....feels like a scam
