Alina was very helpful and aswered all our qs and came up with solutions

It’s a scam. Their website says they’re based in Fullerton but on the phone they said they were in Plano Texas. The representative didn’t know how to pronounce the wrong name from the email. Tons of spelling errors, especially with itinerary details I’m lucky I had blocked them from charging me. also, after politely trying to get them to cancel my reservation and delete my information the representative stayed on the phone with me still trying to get me to buy a ticket and did not listen to anything I was trying to say and then hung up on me after he had conceded. I’m still waiting on a confirmation of cancellation but nothing.

Good, Rodrick Parker was an awesome agent

Antonio was Great! My flight was cancelled due to not having any seats and he found one that wasn't too far out the price range for me to book!

JACOB RENS was exceptional. He helped me with my travel package even though I was upset as I did not get the price. He really understood where I was coming from and helped me above and beyond to get the tickets the way I needed. Jacob is really talented and is a great at his work. Thank you Jacob.
