I had an excellent experience with the customer representative, Freddy Austin. He was patient, courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. The dates that I needed to fly out on Jet Blue did not fit my schedule, after trying many different options on jet blue, Freddy suggested a partner airline which had exactly what I needed. Trying to book a flight online was terribly frustrating, so I called. Freddy was knowledgeable and professional and helped me to accomplish my goals, specifically to book a flight but also to determine how much a couple of old gift cards were worth. The whole experience was comfortable and went smoothly. So many conversations with people representing businesses are a disaster. This contact was the best I have encountered, and I'm 82 years old.

I am very grateful to the reservation center LLC service. I made a reservation on the jet blue website. a next day. I proceeded to check my credit card and I observed that by magic jet blue. I cancel my air tickets without any reason after having paid them and having my confirmation number a serious mistake visiting JetBlue scam cancel after confirmation but we have heroes like Edd Grump who they solved my problems thanks to that team I will continue traveling with them a thousand blessings

Called to change flight. I thought I was speaking to Jet Blue agent. Told them online it showed $500.00 change fee but they told me it was $680.00. I asked to speak to a supervisor (they still led me to believe they were Jet blue agents)He told me the reason for the increase was that alot of people were booking there vvegas to boston that night. (I was flying Mint class) When I looked at my Jet blue card there was $180.00 fee forreservation Centre LLC and $500.00 for Jet Blue. Shame on me.
