The customer service representative was very polite and patient. He provided assurance that my request would be expedited without any hassles. True to his word, the change that I requested for my return flight was handled immediately. Thank you for your understanding of my need to change my return flight.

The support team agent, Luca, assisted with getting the correct return flight information through the airlines. There was a mistake in the date of return that was entered by the airlines. Luca took the time to go in and correct the mistake and stayed on the phone with me while I checked my confirmation. He was very patient, understanding, and courteous.
