The support team agent, Luca, assisted with getting the correct return flight information through the airlines. There was a mistake in the date of return that was entered by the airlines. Luca took the time to go in and correct the mistake and stayed on the phone with me while I checked my confirmation. He was very patient, understanding, and courteous.

Absolute scam. Seemingly an Australian website. Hotel room price AUD $149. I clicked to confirm and received a receipt saying I had paid USD $144. Which is AUD $226. No response to my emails. No cancellation.

Dear Customer, Kindly accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused to you. I would like to inform you that We have kept your complaint on high priority, but We regret to inform you that we couldn't locate any booking under your name within our records. It appears that the booking was made through another company, and there are indications that it might not be legitimate. For last few days its appears that some feedback was inadvertently directed to us (www.reservationcentre.us), despite it being intended for another company. As there is similar name companies provide hotel booking services as follow 1. (https://reservationscenter.com/) 2. (www.reservations.com) These companies not associated with us and may lead such misconceptions. so request you to coordinate with the company from where you opted the service. Thanks for sharing your valuable feedback. We appreciate your patience, you can reach us at our toll-free number +1-888-284-0908. You can also write us to at [email protected]

Total scam site,WARNING they will charge the maximum amount for a room and add $20 unknown fee. Also they charged me 10.40 aud on another one of my cards, that has never been involved with any transaction with them. They pose as the hotels website then book your room through Agoda anyway and add all their own scammy fees .

REPORTING TO THE BBB they are a scam They fraudulently charged my card multiple times took advantage of my son being disabled misrepresented themselves and the help they can provide. Sick, sick individuals. When I called back with concerns they beat around the bush and refused to give me their company name. They addressed themselves as AKM? After simply googling the number I found that to be another lie. Just do yourself a favor and stay away. I will post the email with transaction amount sent by your employee to any proper channel needed. As I have all proof screenshotted.

Luca helped me confirm my flight. I had used a middleman to get a good rate but worried that they might have been fraudulent. He put me at ease. He confirmed my flight. God bless
