For my first order I didn't sign up for the subscription until I tried it. After the Ribeye, New York strip, and the beef sticks. I am hooked. Beef was tender and delicious, packaging kept it frozen. Just ordered my second time and started a subscription. Keep up the good work y'all.

It’s very surprising to see the negative reviews here. I have found the company to be completely transparent and responsive to any customer service issues - you get personal replies. The bottom line is that they sell a product that is hard to find elsewhere - if you are health conscious you will understand the benefits of grass feed beef vs the usual grocery store grain fed. Additionally they also sell fantastic ground beef with a mixture of organ meats. This is another really healthy product. Are the prices premium; yes they are, but so is the product.

I received my first order from REP a couple of weeks ago after being a Butcher Box customer for months. While a little pricier than Butcher Box, REP Provision’s mission, their commitment to regenerative farming, excellent customer engagement experience, and, most importantly, the quality of the meats I’m eating is absolutely excellent. I love that I’m reducing my carbon footprint by not being part of a supply chain that brings in beef from Australia. The carbon footprint further reduced by the regenerative farming approaches REP ensures on its US based farms. I didn’t expect a difference in taste though between this provider and Butcher Box, but there’s an absolute difference in taste and quality. It’s the best beef and chicken I’ve had since I’d visit my grandparents ranch in Mexico as a kid. Everything I’ve had is so far is so full of flavor and just tastes premium. It’s sad to think how we’ve been conditioned to lower our standards of what food should taste like. I decided to write this review after seeing so many poor reviews here on trust pilot. I don’t get those. I understand there could always be snafus, but come on. I appreciate how the REP folks try to address each negative review which is just another great example of the customer experience I’ve had. As constructive feedback, I would say the customer experience may benefit from paired pieces of protein being vacuum sealed as individual pieces. Some of the steaks seem to have the seal integrity between one side to the next broken. That’s fine if I’m defrosting them both for both to be used soon, but it might cause issue if I only need one of the two. Also, I acknowledge that REP costs more than what folks are accustomed to paying for meat. It’s more than what I was paying for Butcher Box. I see my purchase from REP as an investment towards my health (wish grass fed/finished meat was HSA eligible 😅), and I see it as an investment towards an ideal practice of farming that respects the life of animals as well as the sacredness of the land and ecosystem it uses. I’m entrusting these folks with my life and health. Least I can do is pay the fair price for it.

I have ordered multiple times from REP provisions. AMAZING! Not only do they have a personal touch, but they offer a lot of value for the quality of product. It seems like the majority of complaints they receive is regarding the issues with shipping, any time I have had a concern or issue they right the ship no problem. I get all of my meat from them, regularly, and I have never made a better choice!
