Total Ripoff don't buy a manual here
Well it was advertised as a maintenance Manual and there is hardly any content in fact it is less technical than the owners Manual i asked for a refund and they said no this is a total ripoff and customer support is horrible Got your reply and I was NOT offered a refund at the time they said they didn't have enough information whatever that means and YES please issue a refund ASAP

The agent acknowledged the issue with our information for your vehicle model, and apologized. These situations are rare but unfortunately it sometimes happens when dealing with over 10,000 vehicle models. The agent provided vouchers to unlock future manuals for free, or the option of a refund. Quoting from the agent's message, "I hope this is helpful. If not, I can cancel the vouchers and start working on a refund. But I would hate to lose you as a customer!" We believe the agent acted properly and did in fact offer to provide a refund. Many customers prefer vouchers for additional manuals instead, which is why we provide that option. But since you don't prefer the vouchers, we've refunded your payment at this time. You should see the refund on your statement in 5-10 business days. Please don't hesitate to reach out if we can be of any further assistance! Thank you.
