This is a scam and ripoff . They took my money and ran, I was never able to login in to use the info if they even have any which now I highly doubt. I have contacted then numerous times and I have revived bot emails back saying they will look into to it but I have yet to hear back . “DO NOT PAY FOR THIS PRODUCT “ It’s a ripoff and I am going to make it my job to inform as many people as possible that they are a ripoff with over 250,000 social media followers the $30 they took from me will be nothing compared to what they are going to lose. As I have informed my followers to spread the word about them and so on !

There were no instructions on how to remove the shocks. Plus, the instruction were not for my vehicle. I requested a refund and almost 10 days have past and still no refund. They even acknowledge that the problem. Yet wanted to give a some vouches for which I have absolutely no need for. Here is their response; Hello TERRY, I spent some time looking into this, and we don’t appear to have sufficient information in this case. We're always working to improve our product, but sometimes we fall short. I'm truly sorry for that We're tracking situations like this so we can follow up with our data partners to fix it. I'll make sure this gets added to the list of things we need to address with them. Thank you for bringing it to my attention.

Terrible experience. Manual didn’t contained what I needed so I requested a refund 3 separate times now with no reply back. Beware

I have tried to contact RepairSurge twice with an issue and to request a refund but still haven't heard from them for 5 days - even thou once you contact them they mention that they will get back within 24 hours. AFTER the above comment my case has been located and the refund promptly processed, many thanks!
