This is a scam
This is a scam. There are no manuals. There are no diagrams. There are part listings where customers are directed to their over priced purchase provider.

They only provide generic information
They only provide generic information - remove caliper, remove rotor. I was hoping they would at least provide the size/type of tool required, but they do not. The only good thing they have is the torque specs, but even those are limited. I found more robust information by using Google. Waste of $20.

Not a maintenance manual
After less than 1 hr looking at what I paid for, I can say that this is an absolute rip off and no one should go near this outfit. I wanted a manual for my C63 but what you get is something that is so low level that it does not even compare to the user manual that is supplied when you buy the car.

Hi Richard, I'm sorry that our product didn't meet your expectations. Our coverage for most vehicles is very good, but we clearly fell short here. Please contact us at [email protected] so we can provide a refund under our satisfaction guarantee. Sincerely, The RepairSurge Team

Of no use at all
Of no use at all. No contact possible other than email which only refers you to additional links which cannot be accessed. Any updates on vehicles are included but when trying to get the update or how to fix it the link is not accessible. Tried to put in a "work order" thru contact menu to explain what was not working and it would not go through. The only option available was to cancel subscription without the possibility of a refund. Our help came from searches thru Google and You Tube, great resources and they are free.

Piece of garbage
Piece of garbage. Doesn't even come close to what is promised. Support is nothing but a joke. Everything has to be done via email request. Waste of time and $$$. JUNK!
