RepairDesk is excellent RepairDesk is excellent! Anytime I have a issue or needs, I just open up the live chat and someone helps me within seconds. The easy of use of the software is my favorite aspect of using RepairDesk. Paired with the ticketing system and tracking of tickets is the best part. Plus RepairDesk integrates with everything the cellphone repair industry needs! Arnold helped me today and he did a excellent job!

Literally the best you can ask for. The onboarding process has been easy because this company really cares about your experience. ANY questions I had, (which were alot) they answered promptly and made sure I was taken care of. RepairDesk is the way to go.

I've been using Repair desk for around…
I've been using Repair desk for around a month, just finished the 4 training sessions. Repair desk has been a huge blessing for the growth and management for my business. I am very impressed with the huge lift of tools it has to help manage things alot easier and fast, it is very stream line and has some great integration features to make transitioning faster and easier. The support team are fantastic, and very patient. Any problems I've had they were quick to respond and teach me where I went wrong. i do not know how I have lived with out Repair Desk, my only regret is that I didn't start using it a year ago! Thanks Repair desk for making my life easier.

There was a small issue with our Dymo…
There was a small issue with our Dymo original printer setup. We contacted Repair Desk for assistance. The support service representatives were very helpful and quick despite me multitasking during the interaction. I was pleased with the results and the representative was both courteous and responsive. Her effort was much appreciated.
