RepairDesk is excellent
RepairDesk is excellent! Anytime I have a issue or needs, I just open up the live chat and someone helps me within seconds. The easy of use of the software is my favorite aspect of using RepairDesk. Paired with the ticketing system and tracking of tickets is the best part. Plus RepairDesk integrates with everything the cellphone repair industry needs! Arnold helped me today and he did a excellent job!

Amazing Customer Support

I am extremely satisfied with Repairdesk I am extremely satisfied with the support got from Arnold. After my complete training Now Arnold looks after my queries! POS system is very good and serves the purpose. Arnold is always there to help you through any questions and will take remote control of your computer if necessary to help complete setup tasks. Definitely would recommend it.

Great Support - User Friendly
Great support for learning and implementing the software. Software is user friendly but even when I run into issues or questions, Customer Support is the best with being there for us here at our company.
