The reviews on this are sketchy af.
I'm starting to feel fishy about these constant 5 star glowing reviews, 2 of them say almost the same exact message. We have been experiencing nothing but complication after complication, this software was sold to us as a working product and some basic functions (like customer intake signatures, importing items to inventory, keeping email/sms notifications off for the customer after actually toggling them off already, the quirks and unreliability goes on), and the supports answer after detailing my concerns and issues is always "reset cookies/cache" (a band-aid, not a solution), or restart browser. This feels like a Beta that is not quite ready for launch, the concept is there and I think the software is brilliant.......... when it works that is.
