I have been ordering for many years. Consistent ease and simplicity .

Using nmn sl for 1 week. So far so good. Taste through me off, looked it up and found that it is supposed to taste like what I would describe as a bitter lemon. Not horrible when you know what to expect. No changes noticed except some energy, but also started hrt recently. Hard to tell.

Great products, terrible customer service. They lied to me about what happened to my missing parcel saying it got lost in Canada and that it was because Canada Post was not operating. FedEx called me today to tell me my package was missing since September (almost a month later) and it was either lost in Hong Kong where it shipped from or in Memphis in the USA. I’m in Canada so I was shocked that my product would be shipped from Hong Kong and then to the USA then to Canada. I’m also very concerned about where products are made. The customer service was rude and dismissive and as I found out today- dishonest. You can see in the response below that they continued to tell me a different story. Very disappointing as I loved this company and recommended it to friends and family Given the timing of responses - I believe their customer service is now based in Hong Kong and none of their phone numbers work nor the live chat so they have clearly cut costs on customer service. Don’t believe their money back guarantee because you can’t get in touch with anyone during regular USA business hours.
