NMN Purchase. Renew By Science provided details of product and pricing. Kept me informed of the shipment process until delivery. I timely received the quality assured product as advertised and expected. A very reliable and trustworthy source for your supplemental needs.

I got an email recently that introduced the idea of NAD not working to its fullest potential on its own. Purchasing additional supplements is not in my budget currently so this was discouraging. Am I buying the NAD in vain? Is it working? Should I stop taking it if it’s not effective? Why not add them all together? Why make customers by 2-4 different supplements in order for the initial supplement to be effective? Now I’m questioning myself every morning when I take my NAD.

We appreciate this customer’s feedback and understands the confusion. Renue would like to clarify that it does not sell an NAD+ supplement on its own. Our NAD+ Complete formula combines NAD+ with key precursors, NMN, NR, and Trigonelline, providing a comprehensive approach to raising NAD+ levels effectively. There is no need to purchase additional supplements to experience the benefits of increased NAD+. Some customers choose to add other products for further optimization, but this is entirely optional. We encourage the customer to reach out directly to the support team at [email protected] or call 1-800-810-1935 (Mon–Fri, 9 AM–5 PM EST) for a clear, personalized explanation and to ensure all questions are fully addressed.

package was not closed properly and one item missing. Never had a experience like this. The packaging is really bad not not made for the weight of the 4 items. Really frustrating experience.

We sincerely apologize for the customer’s disappointing experience. The package should have arrived securely sealed, and we’re currently investigating why this occurred. The customer has been fully refunded, and improvements to packaging materials and handling are being implemented to prevent future issues. We truly appreciate the feedback.

Plenty of good easily understable information to guide one on choice and use.

Probably the best way to reverse the clock and stay young. I've been taking Renue By Science NMNs for the past 5 years and keep taking it. The claim is legit and I am only getting younger. Don't forget to eat healthy and exercise. This is not a magic pill.
