Hi James, We're sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate you brining this to our attention. While some of our email address are unmonitored, we always communicate if that is the case, and provide clear alternative ways for customers to reach us. After receiving your review, we reached out to let you know that your rent payments had been reported and that you had a 7 day window to request a refund if needed. You later contacted us to request a refund but because a dispute had already been filed with your bank, our payment processor no longer allows us to issue one, even when we'd otherwise be able to honor it.
