Great company. Speedy to get score to the different agencies. I saw a 12 point boost after month one. Not what I expected however I’m looking forward to it increasing more over time. Affordable monthly plan. Quick n efficient process overall.

They were very prompt in reporting to the credit bureaus and my score did go up a decent amount within about two days of signing up. There was a billing mix-up, in which I used a code to use “smartpay” and pay my annual fee in installments. I was charged the full amount anyway despite the checkout page saying that I would be charged the much smaller installment fee. I have yet to hear back from customer support about it to the best of my knowledge.

Hi Christopher, We’re so glad to hear your score increased quickly after signing up, great work getting your rent reporting started! Regarding SmartPay: just to clarify, SmartPay applies only to the enrollment fee, not to the annual plan itself. That’s why the full annual charge went through at checkout. That said, if you’d prefer to switch to a monthly plan, we’re happy to refund the annual payment and set you up on the monthly option instead. Please let us know how you would like to proceed. I've had my credit for 8 years. Will it be reported? Or do I have to pay extra? I don't want to damage my credit history because of a bad credit report.
Response from RentReportersDec 1, 2025
Hi David, We can report up to 24 months of on-time rent payments, and the tradeline will reflect the date you moved into your current rental. If you’re not fully satisfied after your initial reporting is complete, just contact us within 7 days and you’ll be eligible for a refund. We're excited to help you get the credit you deserve for rent you’re already paying. RentReporters
