Couldn't have been easier! Arrived in time for school, and was packaged well (yet easy to open). I can re-use the box to ship it back when the course is over.

I love how fast the books come in and how easy it is to go through the website and order the books. However, when it comes to customer service they don't actually have a phone number and I can't tell you how many times I've emailed their customer service for inquiries and have not received any type of response! I may have gotten once, and didn't even give me the right answer that I needed. It's really bad when you're a customer and not being assisted.

I will be able to formulation a complete review when I complete the return process at the end of 2015.

I don't have my book yet so it's kinda hard for me to give a true review.

The book has some extreme water damage and I have to carefully separate the first 75 pages and hope I don't rip them. Shipping was fast enough, I haven't scanned the book entirely but here's hoping I don't have any more issues.

Everything went very smoothly with ordering right down to getting the shipments in a timely matter. I purchased new and used and was very impressed with what I received.
