Received books in good condition and on estimated date of arrival. I had never used rental text books, this was first year but I am sure that this will be the way that I go as this experience has been good.

I received the teachers edition. I contacted you guys through email about it and got no response. I bought the book using the ISBN # my teacher gave me for the student copy and when I received the book it was the teachers edition. Would like for you to send me the student edition so I can get the teachers off my hand. I have talked to my professor about it, and I believe he may have tried to contact you about it. Thank you.

Arrived in a timely manner. Price was the cheapest for my rental (I compared Amazon, Half, Chegg)

I bought the book a week ago and had the money taken from my bank account. 1 week later, the book is marked on the website as shipped, but Fedex has no tracking information. I do not know if the book was lost or what is going on and customer service has not answered any questions. As a customer, I feel alarmed by this and I feel discouraged from trusting the company for textbook purchases in the future.
