they are taking too long to ship text books out, and i will not be renting books from them again. when i use other companies like Chegg, who ships your books within 2 days, why would i wait 7-10 business days.

Absolutely sucks! Only one of my books came and I've been trying to get in contact with this company for a week about where the hell my other book is and I can't get a response from anyone. The tracking number says that it was sent but only one actually came. And they already took the money out of my account.
