False shipping info.
Paid for expedited shipping and haven't received my book within the time frame. Not happy with that especially since I paid for the faster shipping and the website said 3-5 business days. It's the 6th day and still haven't got the book.

This was my first experience renting from you. Thus far, it has been a great experience. I will rate again once I return the book.

Paid for fast shipping for one book got the other one faster.
I ordered three books, I paid fast shipping for one of them because I needed it faster and regular shipping for the other two. I received one book, which I paid regular shipping, way before I received the one I paid fast shipping for.
